A few years ago, owners Marion and Brian Smith sold their business in London to follow a dream they’d always had
to make remarkable wines in small quantities.

The small farm they bought was quite rundown, but showed great potential. From the start, the aim was to be as organic.
They planted their first vines in 2007. Organic farming methods used include the use of ducks to control pests.
This method and others ensure that the wine reflects the true character of the terroir.

Today, Marion, Brian and the Elgin Ridge team are very passionate about our wines and our certified organic farm,
