Noah's Cheese is a craft cheesery on a farm near Clarens in the Freestate, South Africa.

The Slow Food Presidia consist of small food producers committed to providing good,
clean and fair food that is beneficial to humans and the planet. Noah’s Cheese proudly makes only
raw milk cheese from Jearsey cows in the time honoured tradition.

It is situated in the shadows of Mount Ararat. Visitors welcome.
